Cinzia Rascazzo is an Italian food expert on a mission to empower people to live life to the fullest. In 2007, she quit her corporate job and with her sister, Dr. Marika Rascazzo (a cardiologist), started the Stile Mediterraneo Food & Lifestyle Academy in Puglia, in order to promote the ancient and authentic Mediterranean cuisine and slow lifestyle, among the healthiest in the world according to Harvard Medical School. In 2014 she also started Artisans of Taste Tours providing educational trips and retreats that connect people who want to eat and live well with small inspiring artisans who produce very high quality foods and wines and make a difference in the world. She was featured in the New York Times and Forbes and is a Harvard MBA.

Price is 2990 euro per person (based on a double/twin room accommodation – there are only 8 rooms available). April 23 is the deadline for a commitment with a deposit.
