The Balance of Nature

“Every action starts from an intention,” according to David Bohn, a quantum physicist. “The imagination is already a creation of form: it has the intention and all the movements necessary to carry it out.”

Images in mind can shape our reality. Therefore, we need to be aware of our thoughts and intentions. In order to develop this awareness, it is important to understand the nature of the mind. Everything that we are, everything that we do, has its origins in the mind. Why do we like certain things and dislike others? Why are we in particular kinds of relationships? It all comes out of the power of mind. Reality reflects thoughts and visions and feelings.

The nature of mind is a dynamic changing energy conditioned and reconditioned by the input through the sense gates: sight, sound, smell, taste, body sensation, thoughts, and emotions. As we begin to look carefully at the nature of mind and at the forces that condition it, we begin to see certain patterns. Following the principles of nature, Zero Balancing acknowledges thought=vibration. We can touch the vibration of thoughts, ideas, concepts, and belief systems to render a change in the conditioned patterns. This inner alchemy can bring the mind to some level of stability and steadiness. Our minds can become centered and thoughts show down and have less power over us, allowing us to live in the balance of nature.

The art and discipline of meditation is one way of bringing the mind into balance which it is nature. It is one way to spark the impulse to evolve. This, in turn, can change what and how we manifest in the world. This is the balance of nature, the inner alchemy.

One way to realize this impulse to be free is to witness the working of the mind. One technique involves vigilance. This vigilance shines through our awareness which can watch the power of mind by observing, labeling and accepting with equanimity the input through our sense gates: feelings, images, and talk – F.I.T.

This simple tool of awareness can lead to clear reflection and deep wisdom and free us from the binding beliefs in who we think we are so that we may live in who we really are: Flows of energy moving, interfacing between wavelike aspects of consciousness and then the wave pattern of matter.

As we ride these waves with our awareness, and Being awakens to itself, perhaps it will be possible to tap into the Zero Point Field where “all matter in the universe is interconnected by waves, which are spread out through time and space and can carry on to infinity, tying one part of the universe to every other part,” writes Lynne McTaggart, The Field.

Once we enter the balance of nature and make conscious intentions, the possibilities are limitless.
